“Collaborative early-stage drug discovery turning academic breakthroughs into lifesaving drugs”

Today, the Office of Technology Transfer is hosting MRC Technology, a life sciences medical research non-profit organization based in the UK, to identify collaboration opportunities. UCF faculty are meeting with members of the MRC business development team one-on-one to discuss their specific research projects in early-stage drug discovery. The goal of these meetings is to accelerate the development of potentially lifesaving drugs.
