Biography
Phil is a license and patent associate in the Office of Technology Transfer. He joined the office in March 2023 and is responsible for duties related to the negotiation of intellectual property terms in agreements. Phil is an Air Force veteran and previously held positions at the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs, Hennepin County Attorney’s Office, and Liberty Mutual. Phil has a B.S. in Aeronautics from Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University and holds his J.D. from William Mitchell College of Law, and M.B.A. from Liberty University.
